We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join a specialist project, based on-site for a manufacturer of exclusive Automotive vehicles. The project is for an initial 3 months, will the strong potential of on-going work.
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preparing and completing PPAP documentation accurately.
- Monitor production process and perform regular tests to identify potential issues.
- Applying working knowledge of problem-solving, six sigma and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Work with internal teams to improve quality of products to enhance customer satisfaction.
The desired candidate:
- Confident in ability to complete PPAP documentation accurately, with little or no supervision.
- Knowledge of PPAP and new product introduction process.
- Experienced within a similar position, within a similar industry.
- Excellent attention to detail along with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
This role has been deemed inside IR35, with a daily rate of £285.00 across an 8 hour working day. Any hours worked over 40 hours per week, will be paid at £35.00per hour.
