Partner with the best
Playing an essential role in driving down Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and increase First Time Yield (FTY). You will support all on site quality needs and audit requests.
Promoting a quality culture throughout the business cultivating and growing people to be passionate about continuous improvement. You will communicate our defect free millstones and celebrate our improvement success.
The role will also offer exceptional long-term progression as well as the chance to further develop your Quality Engineering skills.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Managing Non-Conformance (Internal and Vendor related) to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Creating Quality Plans and Inspection plans, incorporating additional customer quality and technical requirements Inc. Hold and Witness points.
Generating Customer Issue Resolution (CIR).
Ensuring an effective project execution through ownership of project specific quality requirements.
Identifying improvements in approaches, methods, procedures and processes.
Driving and executing improvement and accountability towards achieving key quality performance indicators goals and metrics.
Liaising across cross-functional teams in order to drive quality into the products.
Ensuring customer specific quality requirements are executed by the plant/region/country.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a relevant degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a manufacturing.
Have proven experience in a Quality Engineering role.
Be competent with QMS systems, although this is not essential.
