About the job
This role is based on site in Edinburgh at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Performing the laboratory analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, cleaning verification samples and other miscellaneous samples
Your responsibilities
To perform analysis and report results in accordance with cGMP & GLP requirements for laboratory operations.
Report analytical deviations and out of specification results with appropriate rigour and to contribute to their root cause resolution.
Perform routine housekeeping of laboratory area.
Ensure cGMP/GLP compliance of all documentation, written and electronic.
Comply with all EHS requirements including safety policies and procedures with reference to compliance within the QC laboratory.
Participate in EHS audits and housekeeping audits as requested.
What you need for the role
Degree in analytical science or equivalent HND/HNC
Experience in an analytical lab role
