Role Purpose
As a Quality Compliance Officer, your role will be to provide audit and associated quality compliance support to the business.
The role will include:
- Maintaining the UK quality management systems including ISO 9001
- Maintaining the UKAS accreditation and UKAS relationship
- Assisting the Head of QHSE in achieving the annual QHSE delivery plan relating to quality
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input maintain and collate all relevant data to fulfil quality compliance functionality
- To assess, review, plan and undertake implementation of new processes and standards relating to quality
- Maintain the internal audit programme
- Host, organise and support external audit/accreditation programme and achieve closure of findings
- Achieve the KPIs set – personal/organisational and relating to QHSSE
- Maintain proactive support and guidance to all business units as and when required in a timely manner
- Embedding compliance culture
- Management of risk and risk matrix
What will you need to succeed in this role?
Qualifications Required:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Experience & Skills Required:
- Detailed technical knowledge and experience of quality standards compliance
- Diligent, detailed focused approach required.
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good time management skills
