WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and coordinate all Enterprise Test Management activities of Digital Transformation / e-commerce programs and projects
- Lead QA/ test teams including KPS, client and 3rd party QA teams
- Define QA/ test strategies with our clients which includes:
- Implementation of a client focused Test Management organization including roles and responsibilities
- Definition and implementation of the test process
- Definition of best practice for environments, data and integrations
- Definition and implementation of a Test Automation strategy
- Definition of defect management process
- Definition of appropriate test levels, test phases including entry-/acceptance criteria
- Defect management and triage, overseeing UAT / OAT phases
- Define and implement QA/ test tool strategies
- Define Test Governance and implement reporting KPIs on defects and quality
- Contribute to release and deployment planning including cutover planning
WHAT YOU NEED
- Significant experience as a Test Manager in Digital Transformation / e-commerce projects
- Experience in defining test strategies and concepts for e-commerce projects
- Experience in leading workshops and testing teams of more than 5 people
- Proven end-to-end testing experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (Agile Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager highly desirable)
- Experience with Test Automation strategies and tools (e.g. Tosca)
- Knowledge and experience of the Atlassian software suite (JIRA & Confluence)
- Knowledge and experience of typical Test Management tools (e.g. HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, TestRail, Azure Devops, Xray, qTest)
- Experience working with external partners, suppliers and product owners and an external set of QA resources. This role will be working in a blended model of on and offshore
- Experienced in driving QA through the Software Delivery Lifecycle
- Ability to guide clients to establish consistent test management processes and create appropriate test documentation and controls
- Knowledge of non-functional testing, including Accessibility, Security, Performance, Page Speed benchmarking
- Experience working with SAP Commerce - Highly desirable
- Experience of testing Market Place implementations - Highly desirable
