This opportunity allows you to get close to the product, and be in interface with numerous organizations and Programs. The main tasks and responsibilities will be split between Business Quality Manager and Process Quality Manager:
Business Quality Manager Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assuring Process adherence and effectiveness (e.g. perform local surveillance) for Test & Analytics (1VV) and Test Means & Digital (1VM)
- Contributing to Process performance and improvement (e.g. deliver local Best Practices)
- Ensuring effective operational feedback loops to POMs and QMs (e.g. risks, opportunities, KPIs, corrective / preventive actions, improvement ideas) for Programs Development and or Specific Projets (i.e NIS, XLR …..)
- Contributing to effective Process deployment (e.g. communications, Process Support Documents, Tools, governance), driving Specific Reviews defined by the processes
- Deploying Process Surveillance Plan, assuring quality of Process deliverables and addressing non-compliance using appropriate methods (e.g. PPS …..)
- Acting as a correspondent on overall Quality with Process Management Team
- Supporting proactively the Process Operational Manager (POM) to deploy the process
Process Quality Manager Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assuring that all Business requirements and the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the Process in accordance with the Corporate Process Management rules.
- Supporting proactively the Process Management Team to set up the Process referential and to improve the Process maturity
- Ensuring process is fully described according to Airbus requirements, allowing its application across Airbus and the Risks & Opportunities associated are managed.
- Ensuring process referential (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan, Process networks, Deployment Areas.) are up to date, managed and continuously improved.
- Ensuring that a Surveillance Plan (including Audits) is created, deployed, and findings are effectively addressed.
- Organizing, support and coordinate a network of Business Quality Managers
- performing operational quality activities.
