We are seeking a capable and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Learning Disabilities team at their Supported Living services based across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Swindon/Wiltshire.
Job Role:
To ensure support the development and embedding of Care Quality Improvement and Compliance with regulatory bodies, such as CQC.
- Work with Registered Managers to ensure all services meet current legislation.
- Working collaboratively with managers and different staff groups to help deliver high quality support.
- Providing expertise within the organisation to inform future ongoing development and improvement.
This Supported Living services provide
Support for people with learning disabilities including autism some with physical disabilities.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Adult Social care or have previously been a Registered Manager
- Solid understanding of CQC Regulatory Framework & REACH Standards
- Experience of regulatory compliance through service audits, inspections, improvement planning and monitoring
