We are looking for a candidate with the appropriate skills to support the Quality Assurance and Consistency Manager in delivering a programme of quality and compliance audits and reviews.
Salary: £31,613 - £36,698 per annum, plus benefits, depending on skills and experience
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

The role
The Quality Assurance and Consistency Officer will help us in delivering a first-class service within our Fitness to Practise and Inspections, Insight and Intelligence directorates, as well as supporting our Hearings and Governance services on a commissioned basis.
A key component of the role is delivery of a programme of quality assurance and compliance audits, taking on ad-hoc work such as supporting internal reviews and work conducted by external auditors and legal service providers.
This role is subject to a basic DBS check as part of our pre-employment checks.
The successful applicant will:
- Undertake a programme of effective and timely quality assurance and compliance audits.
- Analyse data, report and make recommendations.
- Further develop the directorates' quality assurance framework.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement and/or project related work across the Fitness to Practise directorate.
- Have experience of completing audit and compliance work within a regulatory environment; investigations, casework or legal services.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as IT skills.
