We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases.
Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
Duties:
- Identifying whether products are functional, reliable and meet the end user's expectations
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement testing plans for the Data and Analytics team.
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
- Communicate quantitative findings from test results to the development team
- Monitor efforts to resolve issues and track progress
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations
- Provide initial investigation into bugs which come into the Data & Analytics team.
- Provide objective feedback to the Data & Analytics Team
- Troubleshoot and problem solve
- Design tests to mitigate risk
- Present findings to the Data & Analytics and business user teams
- Work on multiple projects at one time
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Documenting test scripts and cases from the user stories and requirements.
- Provide documentation on functionality and expected behaviour of developments to business teams.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) both manual and automated
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts when needed.
- Detect and track defects and inconsistencies.
- Provide timely solutions.
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
General Information:
