Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity, in a hybrid capacity, to become part of the team at our production facility in Bethesda.
Main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, for example; contributing to the provision of education and training on relevant compliance activities, maintaining supplier, distributor, and customer communications and records, supporting the team with monitoring and measuring activities, including non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints and assisting with the general administration duties.
The role is hybrid - office is based in Bethesda, Bangor.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills
- 24 months experience working in a busy administrative function (required)
- Grade C and above at GCSE English & Maths (required)
- Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
