We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker, Adults Generic Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours for working parents and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Hull City Council. Main duties include: Case Load Management Completing reviews and assessment Working alongside other agencies Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults Promoting service users choices, control and independence Supporting service users to live safely and independently in their own homes Assessing and reviewing existing service users placed in care homes Reviewing residential, nursing home or day centre placements Working effectively with other professionals To be successful: For this Qualified Social Worker, Adults Generic Team you will need to have a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience working within an Adults' Disability Team.
