Job description
We are looking to recruit and sponsor experienced nurses in the field of mental health or learning disability from outside of the UK. You may be a qualified General Healthcare Nurse with experience in Mental Health or Learning disability or hold an equivalent qualification.
We have numerous vacancies within care homes based in Todmorden, Littleborough, Burton-upon-Trent, Sheffield and Tipton.
What are we looking for:
Your personality and communication skills are crucial components of being a mental health nurse. You’ll need a good knowledge of mental health problems and how to apply it in practice. You’ll be warm and engaging while showing real empathy with residents and their individual circumstances. This may include the social stigma of mental health problems which can be as equally hard to overcome.

· Verbal and written communication skills
· Resilience and the ability to maintain some psychological distance from your work
