Catalent are currently recruiting for a QMS Officer to join our Swindon site. The QMS Officer will provide administrative support for site Quality Management Systems, including the electronic document system, general systems, and document archiving.

The Job:

• Support activities for the site quality system, including: Collation of information to support customer product registrations, customer liaison where required, collation of information to support material assessments , liaison with site management to complete activities related to employees who have left the company.
• Support the archiving, disposal, and customer return of batch manufacturing records.
• Document change system administration (checking change requests, periodic review assignment) review and approval of printed Batch Records prior to issue to manufacturing initiation/receipt of Purchase Orders
• To provide support for the implementation of the proposed updated electronic document management system
• To provide administrative support for the QMS team training schedule
• To provide administrative support for arrangements for customer and regulatory audits
• To conduct office safety checks
• To simplify & improve the ways of working within the Quality function.
• To provide support to the wider QMS and Compliance Team.
• Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Catalent values.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the Line Manager.

The candidate:

• Strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel & Word
• Experience working within administration team.
• Good attention to detail
• Previous experience working within a GMP environment OR regulated environment (advantageous)
• Experience using an electronic document management system, or other electronic data systems.
