Roles and Responsibilities

• Warehouse based quality control inspector required within the Middlewich DC.

• QC required to check stock from goods in and check to the AQL 2.5 standard. Maintaining high quality standards.

• KPIs and targets to be met to ensure stock checks are performed in a timely manner.

• Determine goods to be checked from the goods in list and based on any customer feedback, complaints and issues.

• Ensure the right quality of products is maintained within the business, to ensure good brand reputation and customer retention.

• Good communication skills required with head office to relay issues found.

• Good communication skills required with suppliers to relay issues and support on future improvement.

• Enforce non-conformance chargebacks on non-compliant stock.

• Confident in communication, communicating via video call, telephone as well as email

• Understanding the brand’s handwriting, fit and quality standards.
• We are looking for two new employees for QC Support. One person to join us and work a morning till early afternoon shift, another person to join us and work a mid-afternoon to evening shift.

• Must be able to work efficiently to KPIS set and part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Have a high accuracy

• Confident and willing to learn

• Able to use Microsoft office suite effectively, must be technically competent

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Desire to progress and grow within a team, taking on extra responsibilities where relevant.
