About the role

You will ensure the quality and reliability of business intelligence solutions through the application and use of appropriate test procedures, acting as a member of the BI Data Platform Team responsible for creating and executing tests in the society's data warehouse.

As well as BAU, we are looking for someone who is open to continuous improvement, wants to actively use technology to improve processes and enable change.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience of using SQL to an advanced level or another coding language
• The appetite to learn, develop and progress within your role
• An understanding of the fundamentals of testing best practices.
• Systematic and analytical approach with strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated, proactive and customer oriented
• Experience of using SAP BI applications (BI 4.2, BODS, IDT, HANA) is desirable.
• Experience of testing all elements of data warehouses, including ETL, data modelling / presentation and reporting is desirable.
