We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Technician to be based at our manufacturing site in Basingstoke.
Hours: Double day shifts, 6am – 2pm/2pm- 10pm

As Quality Control Technician, you will inspect manufactured and purchased products in accordance with company drawings & specifications.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure all parts are inspected in accordance with internal documentation and requirements.
- Support NPD with parts/products requiring inspection and reports.
- Liaise with the relevant technical authority on any technical issue.
- Support MRB Reviews when necessary.
- Support CAPA investigations, internally & externally as and when required.
- Perform and/or support GRR reviews in line with company requirements.
- To support calibration when necessary.
- Support both Internal & External audits.
- Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives
As Quality Control Engineer, you will have the following:Key skills and experience:
- Minimum HNC in an Engineering Discipline
- Trained in the use of CMM and VMM
- Experience in machining and milling, ideally within the medical or aerospace sector
- Familiar with GD&T and confident in a variety of metrology equipment ranging from a micrometre to CMM/VMM
- Ability to read drawings and determine the method of inspection.
- Ability to write Inspection Reports
