Job description
About us:
Gravity Sketch is the category leader solving the challenges faced by teams that design 3D products. Our platform enables teams to create and communicate 3D ideas in the quickest and most intuitive way possible - whether they are globally distributed or in the same geography.
The platform is changing the way companies like Adidas and Ford carry out their day-to-day design work, helping to increase creativity, productivity, collaboration and compressing time to market. We take a B2C approach to B2B, nurturing a large community of highly engaged design and engineering professionals using the product to redefine their digital design workflow.
The Gravity Sketch platform is accessible across VR, tablet, and web-based applications allowing users to integrate GS seamlessly into their workflow.
Our Culture
We’re a lean but ambitious team of 85+ spread across the globe. We may be geographically spread out, but we’re tied by our mission to radically change how teams communicate ideas spatially and expressively from anywhere!
Our focus is on output and getting the work done, not counting the hours you work. We appreciate that everyone has their own optimum setup, so provide flexibility in terms of when and where you get work done.
Our Values
Impact
Ownership
Team on A Mission
Our values are at the heart of our culture, we encourage everyone to experiment, bring new ideas to the table, and challenge one another in order to arrive at the best solutions for our users.
Trust is another fundamental, which is echoed through autonomy of our work. We rely on each other to be resourceful, make decisions quickly, give honest feedback, ask for help, or do whatever needs to be done in order to make a positive impact on the team, users, or business.
We work hard, and know how to have fun too; with company trips, socials, sports, gaming sessions and more. We welcome you to share your hobbies with the team so we can all try something new!
Description
As a Manual QA Tester you will be joining a growing team to help shape our innovative 3D design and communication tool. You will be working closely with our product teams, and will be responsible for testing all products and tools in our ecosystem (VR, desktop, mobile, iPad).
Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive manual testing on Gravity Sketch and LandingPad products, using both pre-established test suites and exploratory testing to identify errors, bugs and usability issues; use basic automation to streamline the testing process (no previous automation experience required).
Develop and maintain test plans; drive and support releases, ensuring new builds of our products meet our quality standards before signing them off for public release.
Write clear, consistent and thorough bug reports, tracking them from creation to resolution.
Inform the QA process and support other teams by being the ultimate source of product expertise. This includes both knowing our existing products/features inside out, and extensive live knowledge of the current state of our products, open bugs and upcoming features.
Investigate issues reported by internal and external users.
Help shape our QA strategy in line with the company roadmap.
Continually develop and improve the QA process.
Requirements
Experience with test planning, designing and execution.

Enjoy playing with different products from the user's perspective, both as a solo user and in a group.
Problem solving, analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in full autonomy and ownership, with no micromanagement, while still maintaining active communication and a good relationship with the wider team.
Ability to prioritise effectively (both when assessing the urgency of new issues and when organising your own work) and to balance individual work and team tasks.
Proactive, creative approach to engaging with the product and team to provide value.
Bonus points for:
