QA Project Management Officer and Data Management

As a QA Project Management Officer and Data Management, you will be responsible for the ongoing identification, reporting and improvement of QA project data to enable management of critical business outcomes. You will work closely with QA senior developers, project owners and QA Management Team and others in the QA Strategy Team. Initially aligned to Markets businesses, the data management framework that will be established by this person is expected to be extended to all areas QA supports as the process becomes embedded in QA Markets.

• Maintaining and enhancing the QA framework for capturing and reporting project data and its data quality
- Producing regular and ad hoc reporting to enable management of critical business outcomes
- Taking care of ongoing review and challenge of data quality
- Setting and driving best practice for managing project data within QA
- Aligning project data withing QA to Barclays Change Delivery and Data Management Standards as required
- Providing guidance and training within QA on the framework and processes
• Organised and attentive to details
- Knowledge/ Experience of designing data models and data management
- Experience with JIRA and other appropriate tools to capture data and enable process automation and data visualisation
- Self-starter, motivated and disciplined
• Knowledge of financial modelling methodologies and/ or using model outputs
- Experience in Project Management or Data Management
- Understanding of markets products and business
