Responsibilities will include:
- Raw material checks for correct temperature, condition and specification
- In process & Final product and packaging checks for accuracy and specification
- HACCP
- CCP checks & monitoring
- Corrective Action reporting & executing.
- Raw material, in process & final product sampling
- Equipment and environment checks
- GMP inspections & BRC/Red Tractor audits
- Assisting in the already BRC AA+ accreditation standards
- Assisting/managing third party and customer audits
- Packaging – Ordering, Intake & storage including labels, PPE, bags etc
This is a small Beef only cutting plant and you will be responsible for the QA duties for the site with an excellent progression opportunity.
Prospective candidates must have a good level of spoken and written English. Must be able to work well independently and drive the quality standards within the site. Shall also be able to adapt with the business.
This role involves early starts - 05:00
Requirements: -
Food Hygiene Level 3 minimum
HACCP Level 2 minimum
Previous experience in the beef meat industry would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be given.

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
