Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality control and process improvement.
  • Assist quality engineers in data gathering, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare presentations, PowerPoints, and graphs to visually communicate quality-related information.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and coordinate internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality processes and procedures.
  • Utilise the ERP system (EFACS) to track and monitor quality-related activities.
  • Manage the gathering and analysis of customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
  • Support the development and maintenance of lean and six sigma methodologies across the manufacturing plants.
  • Maintain an understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact of quality control on production.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience working in an ISO compliant environment.
  • Previous experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance systems.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies such as lean and six sigma is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer software to generate reports, presentations, and data analysis (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with quality engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified internal auditor or lead auditor certification is a plus.
