Job description
· Responsible to log the batch samples received from the warehouse and batch release status update.
· Responsible to prepare invoice and send the batch samples to QC labs for testing.
· Responsible to coordinate with testing labs and manufacturers for testing requirements and follow up for COA’s.
· Responsible to download and review temperature data and archival in respective batch folders and batch release site server.
· Responsible to notify the team if any deviation is observed during the review of temperature data, art works and batch documents.
· Responsible to decommission the serial numbers of sample packs (QC testing and additional samples) from Tracelink.
· Responsible to request samples from warehouse for additional sample request.
· Responsible to collate and compile batch documentation for QP release.
· Responsible to check the validity of current artworks and prioritise batches accordingly.
· Responsible to prepare documents for RPi checks.
· Responsible to update PIL codes to PV department.
· Responsible to take pictures of QP packs.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
