The Pro Vice Chancellor, Education and Experience will be reporting to the Vice-Chancellor & President and provides strategic and operational leadership to optimize all outcomes and inputs to student success. They are also the process owner for all elements of student success and the ability to work collaboratively with related portfolios and services will be critical. This role is accountable for the delivery of a highest quality student experience for every student, ensuring each student is supported and enabled to realise their potential and, in alignment with the Chief Student Officer will lead on the delivery of UEL’s ‘Future Graduate’ strategic objective of the University’s Vision 2028.
The successful applicant will have an inclusive, determined and inspirational approach to leadership, encouraging ideas, initiative and innovation in others whilst establishing a cost-effective and high-performance culture based on continuous improvement. S/he must be able to build strong and purposeful internal and external stakeholder relationships with partners and potential partners and play a key strategic role in enabling the University to fulfil its potential.
