Based in Manchester, you will be the customer service representative helping clients claim back SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling all warm leads and following them up via telephone
• Dealing with all web enquiries
• Building a relationship and fact-finding with customers
• Discussing the various options on products available
• Answering all questions and providing detailed information
• Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
• Working to KPI’s and achieving targets Skills and Experience
• A background in claims, ppi or any claim related background
• Confident in picking the phone up, rapport building and negotiating
• Money motivated and target driven.
• Responding to new enquiries promptly, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and any other new enquiry channel
• Ensuring details are up to date on our system.
• Responding to incoming queries from clients.
• Liaising with internal departments and external legal teams to ensure timely results.
• Identifying legal & compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
