Based in Manchester, you will be the customer service representative helping clients claim back SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax)

Main Responsibilities:
- Handling all warm leads and following them up via telephone
- Dealing with all web enquiries
- Building a relationship and fact-finding with customers
- Discussing the various options on products available
- Answering all questions and providing detailed information
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Working to KPI’s and achieving targets Skills and Experience
- A background in claims, ppi or any claim related background
- Confident in picking the phone up, rapport building and negotiating
- Money motivated and target driven.
- Responding to new enquiries promptly, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and any other new enquiry channel
- Ensuring details are up to date on our system.
- Responding to incoming queries from clients.
- Liaising with internal departments and external legal teams to ensure timely results.
- Identifying legal & compliance requirements.

Salary: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
