The Thomas Bradley Group are a growing organisation that focuses on the Legal, Financial and Property market. Working across the country we help clients sell their home, carry out estate planning services such as a Will writing and Power of Attorney or provide financial advice to ensure clients financial affairs are performing effectively for retirement.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Centre Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of call centre representatives, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and providing guidance and support to the team. The Call Center Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, implementing new processes and procedures, and monitoring call center performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage customer service staff and ensure that they are meeting performance standards.
- Training will be provided to implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer service staff performance and provide feedback.
- Support and training will be provided to develop strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with senior management to analyse customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train new customer service staff on company policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
