Salary: £21,000 - £40,000 per annum OTE

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sales Executive / Appointment Maker / Call Centre Agent to join our client. Based in Norwich, the successful candidate will earn an a basic salary + commission structure in place.
As a Telesales Agent your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Making outbound calls and following scripts to gain business
- Processing customers information and converting to appointments/leads
- Building rapport with potential customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Meeting KPI’s
- WARM AND COLD LEAD CALLS
To become part of the team the candidate must be driven and enthusiastic. The company are looking for someone who relishes problem solving and ensuring customers get the best service possible.
In addition, the following key skills are essential:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience meeting targets in previous roles
- Telesales experience would be hugely beneficial
- Great Telephone manner
- Confident and ambitious
