Requirements for Call Centre Agent:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to use a laptop
- Ability to manage and control calls
We are currently offering part-time and full time shifts; this includes weekend working. Fully flexible shift patterns available.
You will need to be able to commit to 4-6 weeks for initial training at our head office in Ferndown, Dorset. After this period, and subject to successful probation you will be offered the opportunity to work from home/hybrid.

Part-time hours: 10-45 per week
Salary: £10.42-£18.00 per hour
