Inbound Call Centre Agent - Maidstone
Based at our Head Office in Maidstone. Due to business growth, we are looking to strengthen our aftersales booking line and are looking for committed people to join this new team.
Full-time/part-time considered.
You will be working within an office-based environment using a management system to book-in vehicles for service/repair for our busy Ford Commercial Centre in Maidstone.
About the Role
The role requires excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with vehicle bookings. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working as a team and dealing with customers, with a view to enhance our customer retention.
The essential skills required for this role include an excellent telephone manner, a high level of communication skills, IT literacy, attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in a service advisor role and a call centre environment would be beneficial, although full training will be given on using our management system.
