A leading Media company are on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their forever growing finance team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Accounts Payable manager on various tasks including, Invoicing, reconciliations & assisting with month-end. This could be a great steppingstone for someone looking to further their career within the creative industries as this is a very well-known & reputable brand.
Candidate responsibilities:
- Assisting with month end and projects
- Ensure invoices are correctly coded and matched
- Assist with the expense claims & journals process
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices & uploading to the system
- payment runs
- Respond to ad hoc queries
- Liaise with all departments
Candidate requirements:
- 1+ years' experience within accounts
- A background within a creative industry
- Strong invoice processing, reconciliations and AP duties
- Superb communication skills
