37 hours per week – 41 Weeks (Term time + 2 weeks to be worked during the school holidays)
Starting salary £25,623 per annum (£27,852 full time)

Queen Elizabeth’s School is looking to appoint an LRC Manager who will play a key role in the development, use and integration of the Library Resource Centre within the curriculum of the school and will provide a full range of learning resources in support of the development of reading and education for all students, supporting individuals and small groups. The LRC Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Learning Resource Centre.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, ICT and communication skills and ideally have previous experience in a library resource centre or other data retrieval system

This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
We will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
The salary shown is based on a full academic year being worked and includes annual paid leave entitlement. The pro-rata salary payments for this fixed term role will be paid monthly.
