Job description
We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our growing finance function and be an integral part of a welcoming, and fast-paced team. If you’re organised and proactive, with financial savvy and the ability to work across a range of tasks, this role is the perfect start for a successful career in finance.
You’ll support a Senior Financial Accountant and will play an important role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. Your days will be varied – from managing a busy finance inbox and inputting all invoices, to preparing the weekly payment run and acting as the first point of contact for all purchase and payment related queries.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience of purchase ledgers and preparing payment runs who possesses a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
In return, we’ll provide you with opportunities to learn and develop, a supportive place to work, and an excellent range of benefits – think 31.5 days annual leave (plus extra at Christmas), hybrid working, a salary sacrifice pension scheme, access to a comprehensive staff wellbeing programme, volunteering leave, flexible working opportunities and more.
