Summary
Publications Associate assists in logging, tracking, and managing requests from internal and external stakeholders, using various systems available. Responsible for engaging with stakeholders and responding to inquiries regarding various projects and status of materials or tasks.
Your role in our mission
- Assists in logging, tracking, and managing requests from internal and external stakeholders, using various systems available, and ensuring consistency across said systems.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on establishing project deadlines and tracking project tasks, highlighting when tasks may be behind schedule.
- Responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholder requests and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Uses a variety of resources to gather and research previous documentation for use as a reference in their tasks and responses to client stakeholders.
- Helps coordinates multiple projects on various deadlines and escalates issues in a timely manner.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, technical writing, or related field preferred.
- Zero or more years of technical writing experience.
- Experience working with desktop publishing, word processing, and on-line documentation software.
- Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure.

The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
