An opportunity has arisen for the right person to join North Lincolnshire Council’s Public Transport Team. This role would suit an experienced Officer who likes variety in their work, can create a great working environment, and is keen to make an impact and difference.
- For this role we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven administrative, IT and organisational skills.
- To assist the Group Manager Transport and the Senior Public Transport Officer to implement the Council’s statutory public transport duties and its transport policies and to assist in the procurement of the subsidised public transport services.
- To Assist in the procurement of the subsidised public transport services
- To Draw up and implement a programme of bus stop and infrastructure improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will bring knowledge, experience and technical skills relating to public transport including, procurement, contract management, statutory requirements, and have negotiating and investigation skills.
