Public Health Nurse in the Contact Hub: Cheshire East , Universal Team [ Knutsford] Part time - Permanent Contract

You should possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. An in depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children’s services is essential.
You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme . As part of the 0-19+ Service which with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be providing person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. You will be working in partnership with Cheshire East Local Authority to take the local children’s agenda forward.
We have an established preceptorship programme in place, and you will be well supported by your manager and colleagues and valued in your role. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development, and you will receive regular appraisal, clinical and safeguarding supervision
