Public Area Cleaner - Hook, Hampshire
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare Public areas as allocated.
- Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests.
- To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints. To ensure that any guest complaints are reported to the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.
- To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
