Job description
To support Applied Psychologists in the delivery of specialist psychological assessments and interventions to clients with complex mental health conditions and needs. To be compassionate in meeting the needs of clients, their carers andfamilies. To support the Applied Psychologists in the provision of psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals (e.g. MDT Colleagues).
To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health difficulties and/or learning disabilities. To promote at all times a positive image of the service and the wider Trust. Under the supervision of a Principal Clinical Psychologist to be involved in: - Multi-disciplinary training and development- Service audit and development- Service evaluation and research- Bring an understanding of psychological change processes to ownrole within MDT
