The Pharmacy : Medicines Procurement & Provision service has a current opportunity to recruit to 52.5 hours for multiple candidates. Part-time and fulltime applicants will be considered. Working hours will be subject to agreement between the successful candidates and the service management. Aspects of the post will include: receipt and issue of medicines completion of electronic and paper records interaction with suppliers and clients to provide and promote a responsive and efficient service. review and approval of invoice and financial statement documentation completion of electronic and paper records interaction with suppliers and accounts departments The ability to meet the safe moving and handling requirements of the post, with any aids or adaptions that may be required, are essential. This role requires repetitive lifting and long periods of physical activity. Previous hospital or Pharmacy experience would be an advantage, although not essential. Full training in all aspects of the post will be provided.
