The Global Physical Security Intelligence program is an all-hazards approach that develops products and services with action-based outcomes to reduce and identify risk to TikTok. As a Protective Intelligence Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring information from various sources to proactively identify and assess potential risks that could impact global executives and business operations. The candidate should effectively monitor social media, travel plans/destinations, and events for potential threats to the security of the business. The candidate will possess strong skills in advanced analytical and investigative techniques to create tailored intelligence products. This position will involve close collaboration with Executive Protection, Physical Security, other Global Security teams, as well as Legal and various business departments.

The candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, contribute to cross-functional teams on a global scale, engage in response actions across various security disciplines, excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment, and share pertinent information as needed to support the company's critical business, market strategy, and operational infrastructure requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, manage, and report threat intelligence related to travel arrangements and special events planning.
• Support executive protection teams with actionable intelligence to assist in safeguarding key personnel
• Evaluate and address threats or unusual interest cases directed at business leadership
• Develop and maintain relationships across the business environment to support the security mission effectively.
• Continuously develop existing sources and tools; identify new resources as required
• Create and maintain use cases for intelligence monitoring
• Develop and deliver high-quality written products and oral intelligence briefings
• Identify and evaluate emerging risks, including analysis of deep and dark web data
• Provide reports on operational events and trends, delivering tactical evaluations of present and emerging threats, while presenting operationally, tactically, and strategically sound suggestions to mitigate these risks.
• Maintain and tune sources of data within a Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP)
• Conduct Open Source Intelligence, including collecting and analyzing publicly available information
• Safeguard and maintain susceptible and confidential information

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in working with and analyzing various data sources, as well as creating intelligence reports
• Experience working with strategic, tactical, technical, and operational threat intelligence
• Familiar with OSINT tools like Brandwatch, Liferaft, Skopenow, Flashpoint, and OSINT enhancers such as Clear, LexisNexis, etc.
• Proficiency (writing, reading, and spoken) in a language besides English. Preferences include Arabic, Mandarin, Turkish, French, Spanish, and Russian, to be able to produce intelligence reports and analyze information across the EMEA region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating and disseminating reports to multi-level audiences in a technical environment
• Experience in evaluating, analyzing, and collaborating with security teams to address and mitigate actual or potential security risks
• Affiliation with professional security/intelligence organizations such as ASIS, ATAP, AIRIP, etc.
