As the UC Propositions Manager, you will be responsible for driving the move to a digitally connected workforce and workspace in Corporate and Public Sector. You will be the engine that drives our sales and operations teams from identifying opportunities within our customer base and the whitespace with our strategic partners that grows BT’s ambition to be a leading provider of IP voice-enabled solutions for UK organisations.
You will work with sales and product lines to understand our customers and wider market requirements to drive market leading solutions into the CPS channel.
- Accountable for developing customer-centric propsitions targeting a corporate workforce
- Accountable for cross-portfolio proposition creation and development
- Responsible for working closely with partners and vendors, in coordination with the partner managers, to deliver joint go-to-market plans
- Responsible for driving commercial activities both with partners and customers through proposition activity
- Responsible for driving creative and compelling marketing and campaign activity

What we'd like to see from you
- Experience working with unified communications and collaboration technologies, spanning mobility and contact centre
- Experience working closely with partners on co-creation and joint delivery of project
- Strong understanding of the UC&C and mobile market, technology and trends
- Business acumen: knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy e.g. business KPIs, business cases
- Organised: excellent organisational skills with the ability to influence and hold to account colleagues and partners
