The difference you’ll make.
- Managing a suite of 1:1 customer engagement campaigns
- Reviewing campaign performance to suggest ways they can be optimised
- Collaborating with your stakeholders and the Squad through discovery work to turn ideas into refined user stories for the squad backlog
What you’ll bring.
- Demonstrate real customer empathy, through an obsession to understand our customer's needs, motivations and how best to engage them
- Great stakeholder management, able to build productive relationships with stakeholders that are based upon honest and open collaboration
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience and knowledge across customer segments, products and marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills such as ability to write great marketing and analysis briefs
- Experience of working in cross-functional squads/projects
- This role is within our Business Banking Squad, so any knowledge and experience working within this segment would be valuable
