NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting an experienced Bid Coordinator/ Writer to provide competent and efficient support to the business development team including the creation of compelling content for high-quality, professional and customer-focused proposal collateral to support work-winning activities.
The Bid Coordinator / Writer will write, collate, coordinate, review and contribute to information from others, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with pre-qualification and tender requirements. Write responses for pre-qualification question and bid proposals.
Responsibilities
You will;
- Writing: Writing individual responses for a specific bid, drafting content both from scratch and utilising library information
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employment and commercially sensitive information.
- Coordination: Provide an efficient coordination service to the Proposals Manager and the wider work winning team, adhering to company brand guidelines.
- Work Winning: Complete pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ), invitations to tender and other requests for information. Maintain a library of information for future use and ensure knowledge is up to date and accurate in all responses. Review information received with the bid to determine a list of tender deliverables. Compile tender responsibility matrix and assign actions to subject matter experts and participate in work winning meetings (kick off, mid tender etc.) capturing win themes. Interviewing subject matter experts to extract the right information for bid responses.
- Best Practice and Continuous Improvement: Collate, share, and disseminate to the work winning community best practice and lessons learned from feedback.
- Document Management: Assist in managing the content for the bid team Library and online portals. Coordinate and facilitate the production of tender presentations. Collate client references, testimonials and general feedback on tenders submitted and communicate and coordinate graphic/ tender return requirements with the marketing team.
You will have:
- APMP Foundation certified, desirable but not essential.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Proof reading and strong command of the English language, grammar, and sentence structure
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated
- Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
