Would you love to show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time? Or does the world of photography ignite your passion? Either way, we would love to hear from you!

We’re on the lookout for candidates who have availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Basic Photography (using a camera phone), Professional Photography, Floor Plans and 360 Virtual Tours.

  • Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis, Viewber Members are emailed each appointment invitation and are free to choose whether the assignment is of interest or not and accept or reject it accordingly.
  • Payment: Payment is offered per appointment and starts at £12 for our 30-minute "Viewing Lite" and £18 for our "Standard 30-minute Viewing" appointments. For professional photography, payment ranges from £40 - £60 for residential properties, depending on the size of the property and work involved.
  • Nationwide Presence: We offer nationwide coverage, so we can consider applications throughout the U.K., however we are particularly keen to hear from candidates in and around Seascale.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • A DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years

If you’re looking to apply as a Professional Photographer, you’ll also need:

  • Relevant equipment to carry out the role; a camera body with an ultra-wide angle lens (with a minimum of 16mm full frame or equivalent) and/ or a 360-degree camera along with a tripod. A flash gun is also preferred.
  • An eye for detail and desire to bring properties to life through your lens!
