Property Sourcing Administrator
Job type - Full time /Fixed Term Contract until 01.09.2023
Hours - 35 (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks)
Monday to Friday working pattern
Salary - £22,350 per annum

What we are looking for:
The property sourcing administrator is part of a team dealing with the coordination of Nacro’s property sourcing and leasing activities for its national housing service commissioned by a Government Department. You will assess, track, and monitor and report on all properties submitted to Nacro through a robust approval process, liaising with local authorities, Police, and the Government Department. To work alongside the Leasing Managers and Senior Leasing Manager to prepare leases and monitor lease renewals and to ensure all leases are produced in line with both legal and Nacro policy and procedure.
The chosen applicant must have a demonstrable track record in administration, excellent communication skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out desktop reviews of all prospective new Nacro properties to carry out an initial assessment of suitability against pre-determined criteria.
- Communicate with other Nacro teams and statutory agencies to establish suitability of properties adhering to contractual processes at all times.
- Undertake extensive record keeping for all properties assessed, rejected and approved
- Ensure Nacro’s leasing policy is adhered to by all members of the Property leasing team
- Populate and produce all lease documentation for new Nacro property leases and lease renewals, ensuring leases are approved, signed and completed in line with Nacro property leasing procedures.
- To ensure that property compliance certification is in place for all new properties.
- To be responsible for developing and maintaining property sourcing trackers and leasing databases.
- To provide day to day administrative support to the leasing managers as and when required To work alongside the Senior Leasing Manager to ensure Nacro’s leasing policy is always adhered to by all Nacro employees
