Hodge is excited to offer a 9-month placement within our Property team. The role is to provide professional, customer focused property sales administration service to all potential or existing Hodge Bank customers including intermediaries, plan-holders (or their representatives) and any other third parties as directed by the Customer Care Manager or Property Sales Team Leader. Provide thorough evidence of core behaviours (accessible, trustworthy, responsive, fair and ethical).
Responsibilities:
- Undertake property sales administration on behalf of Hodge Bank in accordance with defined sales procedures.
- Undertake property sales administration on behalf of Hodge Bank in accordance with defined sales procedures.
- Keep the Property Sales team departmental workflow up to date and record the completion of each new piece of work promptly.
- Produce weekly and monthly MI. to support the Head of Mortgage Servicing, Customer Care Manager and the Property Sales Team Leader along with other internal stakeholders.
- To provide administration support for Property Sales regarding notifications, marketing, sales and completions, ensuring casework is prepared in a timely manner, is presented in correct format/structure to enable efficient processing
- Provide administration support for mortgage redemption cases where they have been referred to the Property Sales Department, including undertaking preliminary market research, liaising with customers, intermediaries, solicitors and estate agents as required.
