Job description
We are seeking a professional property photographer to join our team!
As the leading property business in the area, we require a property photographer to capture our properties and showcase them, along with a floorplan.
The ideal candidate will already be experienced in property photography and be able to show us their previous work.
Requirements:
- 4-6 shoots per day (depending on property size), plus floorplans
- Same-day edit and drop to our software & cloud storage
- Shooting times 9am to 4pm
- Editing time 4pm to 6pm
Potential other work:
- Attending and shooting corporate events on our behalf
- Workplace shoots & staff headshots
- Local area shoots to showcase towns, villages and areas we provide our services to
- Drone and video shoots of both properties and the local area (not essential)
Whilst we initially require 3 days a week for this role, we anticipate requiring full time services very quickly. We are open-minded as to whether this is delivered by way of combining services with another photographer, or offering a full time role. This may be offered on a contractor self-employed, or PAYE, which we can discuss and agree, based on your availability and our business needs.
You'll be shooting a varied and interesting range of properties, from traditional 1-2 bedroom apartments to stunning family homes and exceptional apartments. Most of our properties are in Worthing, Lancing, Goring and Findon.
When attending shoots, you'll be meeting our customers, so a smart appearance, friendly persona and professional mannerism are essential, as you'll be representing our brand.
