09:00 – 17:30, Fri, Sat & Sun OR Sat, Sun, Mon (22.5 Hours)
You will be required to be on call up to 2 evenings, this will include clearing down emails (approx. an hour per evening) and being on call for any problems.
Location:
Bath, Somerset (office based)
Due to being on call proximity to Bath is essential and you will need to possess a full driving licence.
What will I be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, organised, and articulate individual, who is looking to join an established Luxury Holiday Lettings business as our new Property Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling day to day guest and owner relations
- Coordinating maintenance of properties
- Preparing properties for guests’ arrival
- Coordinating guest arrivals and departures
- Dealing with booking enquiries
- Receipting in new bookings

Ideally, we’re looking for:
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- Excellent communication skills -both written and over the phone
- You will have a strong work ethic and passion for success
- We require a candidate with great administrative and organisation skills
- Great attention to detail, is time efficient and has a professional manner
- Experience in Lettings/Property Management is preferable but not essential
- Experience in Microsoft, Word and Excel plus the ability to learn holiday letting software packages
