Property Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits
Working hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (some weekends will be required in peak season)
Location: Mixture of office, field and home working (London, Victoria)

The Role
This role provides essential support and drives quality within Veeve’s property portfolios, liaising with homeowners and internal teams to ensure our homes are ‘Stay Ready’ to deliver a premium experience for our In-Guests by providing support and solutions with any issue they may experience whilst staying with Veeve. Working as part of a team you will ensure execution of all maintenance & property related task from beginning to end, always ensuring our agreed response times are met in the most efficient way possible whilst always providing the highest level of service.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing premium short let / holiday property portfolio of 140 - 200 properties
- Act as the primary contact point for all property related queries & issues, providing end-to-end support to an excellent standard (including property compliance, preventative, proactive & scheduled maintenance of homes & property condition issues)
- Accurate scheduling of external contractors and in-house maintenance staff to attend our homes, ensuring end to end communication with all stake holders
- Detail-intensive investigations of damages caused to homes, home condition and effective reporting to owners including solutions to ensure homes are ‘Stay Ready’
- Arranging emergency cover for urgent issues when they arise
- Flexibility to support a cross section of teams with property specific queries, supporting the operational needs of the business
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a property manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail and a methodical, consistent approach to your work
- Once you start something, you always see it through, finding the most efficient way to deliver excellent service whilst also ensuing a speedy resolution to a problem
- Proactive approach ‘stay one step ahead’; scheduling, planning, and managing lots of different activities to schedule and manage that involve lots of different people
- Comfortable working under pressure and never fazed by last-minute changes
- Confident across all communication channels especially phone, assisting our field team members with their general enquiries and helping them troubleshoot issues using for our guests and homeowners ensuring a clear communication of task / tickets status to all stake holders
Qualification – favourable
- University degree in Property related subjects or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ARLA / NFoPP / IRPM
Other
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Willing to undertake a DBS / CRB or similar background checks
