We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Property Manager in Hull. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the properties within our travel portfolio in this area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximising revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of travel properties, including holiday rentals and serviced apartments.
  • Coordinate property bookings, reservations, and availability to ensure optimal occupancy rates and revenue generation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries passed from guest relations, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, coordinating with contractors and owners as needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new guests, utilising online platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management in travel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management regarding property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Solid understanding of property maintenance and facility management principles.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms, property management software, and relevant technology tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management in the travel industry.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in generating and interpreting performance reports.
  • Marketing and promotional skills to attract and retain guests.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You must have a full clean driving licence.
