Join a growing successful new build leasehold specialist on the South Coast, from the head office in Ringwood. Over the past four years the company has become popular amongst local developer clients, with many exciting opportunities in the specialist leasehold residential management field.
Property Manager required to oversee the management of a high end portfolio of blocks of apartments south of London and along the south west coast. Having a flexible attitude to work is required as the business is experiencing growth, with many future opportunities available. Full time position and training provided, previous property management essential. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office required and property management software e.g Blocks Online. Essential to have AIRPM or MIRPM qualification.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
