Job description
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to work with residential properties based in London.
The role includes:
- Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties;
- Dealing politely and professionally with clients, leaseholders and residents, making sure that all buildings requirements and expectations are met;
- To be the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants across the portfolio;
- Communicate with landlords and contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be taken, resolving accordingly;
- Carry out site visits and deal with routine and emergency maintenance;
- Remaining up to date with new legislation and health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Understands the property management process and has a proven background in property management and customer service;
- Has the ability to work on your own initiative;
- Is punctual and presentable;
- Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Working time: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
