Requirements
- Knowledge/ Experience in court proceedings
- Previous experience working in the real estate/property industry will be considered as an advantage
- Organised person who meets deadlines
- Experience in Word, Outlook and Excel (knowledge in Powerpoint will be a benefit)
- Excellent communication, drafting and writing skills

Responsibilities
- Update or create all company’s tenancy documentation for ASTs, Company Lets, Common Law Lets, Guarantor Agreements Holiday Lets, Car Park Licences, Surrender Agreements
- Draft Break Clauses, Rent Review clauses and surrender terms
- Draft deeds of surrender and abandonment, liaise with tenant and landlord as required to obtain signatures to end the tenancy and take back possession
- Check/amend all new tenancy contractual documents drafted by the Lettings Department before issuance
- Check all new lettings files following move-in, ensure signatures and monies are in place, scan documents to internal server, send out welcome pack to tenants
- Managing tenancy renewal diary system, contact tenant and landlord in advance to secure instructions, draft tenancy documentation, obtain signatures, renew deposit registration and service of PI (if required), service of relevant notice to end tenancy if required
- Registration of AST tenancy deposits, service of prescribed information on all AST contracts
- Managing and developing internal filing system for live and dead filed tenancies
- Administer internal utility bill database for all managed properties, notify utility supplier of new account and meter readings/dates/liabilities, resolving old utility bill issues from previous tenancies
- Managing Gas, Electrical Safety and EPC inspections
- Drafting and preparing claims forms for the County Court and liaising with it to ensure that they have been received and following up on previous cases

Salary: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
